Something transformative and magical happens when you're self empowered, given knowledge, and prescribed the right resources.
You are the true expert on you and very often the only thing needed is a slight course correction with someone experienced enough to keep you on the right path. Each course is 8 weeks and designed to be done as a small group with no more than 10 Posse members at a time. This is about using technology and each other to support, elevate, inspire, and discover.
Hashi Posse version 1.0 will be launched on July 13th and I'm reaching out to see if you want to be a collaborator in the birthing process.
If you register your interest below, I fully understand it's exploratory on your part. There's no obligation, no spam - this is only about gauging interest. I'm still working out the pricing for the course; however, those that are onboard to join as the inaugural co-hort will be receiving a 50% discount off the full price. In exchange, I will be looking for feedback, ideas, and guidance on what works for you.
Hashi Posse Literacy Coaching
A google search for "Hashimoto's" can often be confusing at best. There is SO much information out there. The issue is that each of us with Hashi's has a unique and different experience of the dis-ease.
The missing piece is Hashi's literacy. This program is about data mining your own unique experience so you can parse relevant information to heal, grow, and advocate on your own behalf.
This is about YOU.
Weekly small group meetings to discuss, support, and learn. The way forward is together!
Bloodwork. The right bloodwork tells a story that gives you the right information to make informed choices.
Reading. We will be reading 3 different books and looking at what the current research shows so you can make informed decisions.
Guided Daily Journaling. This is about data mining and starting and discovering how to objectively dissect the flavor of your individual experience.
Supplements & Herbs. The information on what to take can be daunting. But with the right information and data, you can discover what interventions actually work for you.
Practitioner Master Class
How can we best support our patients? By understanding how our medicine can best support them.
Hashi's is not a binary diagnosis of Kidney Yang Deficiency and/or Spleen Qi Deficiency.
This two month course is designed by acupuncturists for acupuncturists and we will be looking specifically at healing through the lens of Chinese medicine.
Learn how to parse out the story the patient's blood work is telling you.
Very rarely will two people present with the same experience of Hashi's. Learn how to identify and address the nuances.
Learn when to use supplements instead of herbs.
Learn how to use other things in your Chinese medicine toolbox besides acupuncture and herbs.
We will be reading and dissecting two books over the course of this class. You will be expected to bring case studies that we will parse out to bring you closer to the diagnostic and treatment answer that you're looking for.
NCCAOM CEU's pending.
